Born and raised in San Diego, Theo developed a passion for real estate through his hands-on experience in construction, entrepreneurship and development. His interest in the industry grew after leading the conversion of his family’s garage into a 600-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bath ADU, where he worked with an architect to develop the plans and helped complete much of the construction himself. Theo also founded his own avocado business, selling locally grown avocados throughout downtown San Diego and at local farmers markets. Being the first in his family to attend college has shaped his strong work ethic and passion for creating opportunities for others. He hopes to break into real estate development with a long-term goal of building safe, beautiful and affordable housing throughout San Diego. As the incoming President of RES, Theo is excited to help students build meaningful industry connections, grow professionally and create a community where members feel supported and inspired to pursue careers in real estate. During Summer 2026, Theo will be interning with Clark Construction in San Diego, where he hopes to further develop his understanding of large-scale construction and project delivery.
