NICHOLAS BOST '22
Nicholas is a senior at the University of San Diego, majoring in real estate and minoring in philosophy, politics, economics (PPE). Nick was born and raised in Southern California, with his first exposure to real estate during high school in Newport Beach. He was inspired to pursue a career in real estate given the industry’s profound impact on every community's progress and growth. In 2020, Nick earned the California Real Estate Salesperson's License. He also completed a summer internship at CBRE's Capital Markets division in San Diego, where he specialized in the sale and acquisition of commercial investment properties for private clients. This year, Nick joined Compass Realty, one of the top residential brokerage teams in San Diego, where he completed his first investment sales transaction. Nick plans to start his own full service real estate firm in San Diego in the future and hopes to help his peers and clients benefit from investing in one of the most important asset classes for any portfolio. In addition to leading the USD Real Estate Society, Nick enjoys classic cars, music, travel, weightlifting and he is a lifelong Eagle Scout.
CHARLES DINGER '22

Charles is a senior at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business, majoring in real estate and minoring in entrepreneurship. His passion for real estate stems from the process of his parents selling the family home a few years ago. That exposure to the real estate industry peaked his interest. He realized that the personal connections and the fast-pace nature of the industry was something he wanted to pursue. Charles has worked at Alliance Residential as a property management intern. He is from Sunnyvale, California and plans to reside in Southern California after graduation. Charles is passionate about health and fitness and also enjoys basketball, cooking, baking and spending time with friends and family.

Caleigh is a senior at the University of San Diego and is double majoring in finance and real estate, along with a minor in biology. She is from Andover, Massachusetts and her interest in real estate began after learning about USD’s exceptional real estate program. Upon discovering the world of commercial real estate, Caleigh became passionate about the wide-range of opportunities and disciplines that real estate offers. She is very excited to be a part of the leadership team for the Real Estate Society. In her free time, Caleigh enjoys working out, cooking and spending time outdoors.
KAYSA LUNDBERG '23
VP of Marketing
Kaysa is a junior at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business. She is majoring in real estate and marketing. She was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, where she grew up watching her father become involved in the real estate industry. Kaysa plans to pursue a career in commercial real estate post graduation and has been interning for a commercial real estate brokerage in Ocean Beach. Kaysa owns her own jewelry business and holds leadership positions in her business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi and her sorority Alpha Chi Omega.
LEXIE RAMSEY '22

Lexie is a senior at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business. She is double majoring in real estate and marketing. Lexie grew up in Philadelphia, PA. She is currently enrolled in her final course for the California Real Estate Salesperson’s license and intends to earn her license by the end of her senior year. Lexie hopes to gain experience and knowledge in the commercial brokerage sector in order to pursue a career as a commercial real estate broker in the San Diego area. She is looking forward to expanding on and sharing her learning experiences with members of the Real Estate Society. Lexie is also the membership chair for Kappa Kappa Gamma and is a certified yoga instructor.
NASH JOHNSON '22
Co-VP of Industry
Nash is a senior at the University of San Diego and is double majoring in business administration and real estate. He is a native of Southern California and grew up in Carlsbad. Nash was exposed to the real estate industry through his dad, who worked for the Burnham Company in the 90's, and through a prior baseball coach who owns real estate investment firm in Solana Beach. Nash has been buying and selling cars and dirt bikes since he was in high school, finding enjoyment in negotiation and understanding certain markets. During Summer 2021, he completed a two-month-long internship in commercial brokerage at Voit Real Estate Services in La Jolla. Nash enjoys working with like-minded individuals and heavily values his relationships with others. Some of his interests include surfing, fishing, camping and wrenching on old cars. His current project is a 1965 Chevrolet C10 pick up truck. Nash has also been a lifelong Padre fan since he was a kid.
KARLA OLMOS '22

Karla is a senior at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business and is pursuing a double major in finance and real estate. She is very excited to be actively engaged with the Real Estate Society and looks forward to networking with the San Diego real estate community. Karla grew up in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas. Her mother exposed her to real estate and she was further inspired to pursue real estate as a future career after learning about the vast opportunities and number of different sectors within the real estate industry. Karla is specifically interested in investments, brokerage and development and intends to pursue a career in real estate that will incorporate her international experiences and passion for other cultures. She obtained an associate’s degree in fashion business and technology from Fashion Careers College and has a fashion blog and experience modeling professionally. Karla is co-founder and co-president of the Women in Business club at USD. She and her mother started a small business in organic skin care products. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and plans to learn a third language. Karla enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.
SAMUEL COOKE '22

Sam is a senior at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business and is pursuing a double major in finance and real estate. He is originally from San Ramon, California but has lived in San Diego since 2018. Sam was drawn to real estate by the profound impacts real estate has on the community he lives in. He intends to stay in San Diego after graduation. Sam was originally studying physics, but transitioned into finance, naturally following his love for math and numbers. He later learned that combining his friendly and outgoing personality along with his analytical yearning through real estate finance, made for a great combination. Sam has completed internships with Capital Real Estate Ventures and with Global Building LLC. In Fall 2021, he will work as a multifamily investment analyst at MAC Multifamily, a private real estate syndicate. In his personal life, Sam is passionate about building relationships with strangers, spending time with his classmates and friends, mentoring younger USD students, physically fitness and health, and is a big fan of cookouts and BBQ's.

Galilea is a senior at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business and is pursuing a double major in international business and real estate along with a minor in psychology. In addition to the Real Estate Society, Galilea manages her time between being the vice president of Women in Business at USD, as well as her on-campus job at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, which is where she first got exposure to real estate. This summer she had the opportunity to intern at CBRE Global Investors as an investor solutions intern and intends on continuing a career in commercial real estate after graduation. Achievements during her college career include being named an HSF Scholar, an SEO Career Success Participant, as well as the recipient of a number of scholarships. Galilea enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures and hopes to do some more traveling in the future.

Aaron is a senior pursuing a degree in real estate and finance from the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business. He was born and raised in Southern California and was exposed to real estate at a young age due to his involvement in his father's business. Aaron is passionate about commercial real estate due to its very heavy dependence on analytics and relationships. He spent this past summer at Eastdil Secured as a summer analyst and looks forward to joining the company as a full-time analyst post graduation. He looks forward to continuing to build his network within the industry and is passionate about sharing his experiences with others. He hopes to inspire anyone who may be interested in pursuing a career in the diverse real estate industry. In addition to the Real Estate Society, Aaron is an active member in the fraternity Phi Gamma Delta and is passionate about cooking, the outdoors, soccer and is a lifelong Eagle Scout.
JACQUELINE GREULICH '85
Jacqueline Greulich '85 is responsible for connecting undergraduate and graduate real estate students with professionals within the commercial and residential real estate industry. She oversees the coordination of student mentorships, internships and career placement initiatives. Greulich brings to the BMC more than 20 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry, including positions with Westcore Properties and Burnham Real Estate (now Cushman & Wakefield). She is an alumna of USD and Lead San Diego 2001. She is a recipient of the TWIN YWCA award and is a board member of Alpha Project and San Diego Center for Children.

PROFESSOR JOHN DEMAS, ESQ.
Professor John C. Demas, Esq. contributes his diverse background in real estate, law, accounting and tax to the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business' Real Estate Department. He teaches undergraduate and graduate real estate courses, and is engaged in the practice of law dealing primarily with estate planning and real estate issues. Demas is licensed before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Federal, 9th and 10th Federal Courts of Appeal and California, Colorado and Alaska state and federal district courts. Additionally, he is certified as LEED AP BD+C by the U.S. Green Building Council. Demas serves as strategic advisor, trustee and director of select privately held entities. His areas of expertise include: real estate law; tax and accounting; asset management; pedagogy; sustainability; and real estate family succession planning.
