The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate and the Real Estate Society host a number of real estate events for throughout the academic year for USD students to attend and to network with industry professionals. These real estate events are very popular, so we encourage you to register early, invite your friends, come find out about the latest trends in real estate, while you network with the who's who in the real estate industry in San Diego.

Property Tour - New Local Development
Mildred Street Apartments” is an in-construction 54 unit mixed use development. The site is located off Morena Blvd. near the USD campus. The project is one of the first mixed use developments to urbanize the Morena corridor and is walking distance to the Morena/Linda Vista Trolley Station. The site is also a prime example of taking a commercial use setting with a large parking and utilizing the parking for new construction housing all while adaptive reusing the existing commercial. Justin Tjalma, developer, will lead the tour.

Students will share success stories on networking, internships, employment, scholarships and more through the Burnham Moores Center for Real Estate and the Real Estate Society. There will also be an overview of Burnham-Moores Center services by Jackie Greulich.
